Terms & Conditions of Service

 

Welcome to Fantastic Cleaners! We're excited to provide you with a range of exceptional cleaning services designed to meet your specific needs. Before you proceed, please carefully review the following terms and conditions that outline our commitment to delivering top-notch service across various domains.

1. Quality Service Commitment: At Fantastic Cleaners, we consistently deliver quality service. Whether it's office cleaning, home cleaning, post-construction cleaning, carpet cleaning, sofa cleaning, pest control and disinfection, or compound maintenance, our team of skilled professionals will arrive promptly on the scheduled date, equipped with the necessary cleaning supplies and equipment tailored to the specific service.

 

2. Customer Responsibilities: To ensure a smooth and effective service experience, we kindly request your cooperation in the following areas: (a) Access: Ensure our team can access your premises. While providing a key is preferred, it's not mandatory. (b) Alarm Systems: If you leave your alarm system armed, we won't be responsible for false alarms. Disarming the alarm system is advised. (c) Preparation: Prepare your premises for cleaning to avoid any unnecessary delays or charges due to unprepared spaces. (d) Special Requests: Should you require tasks beyond our standard services, such as handling delicate items or using personal equipment, we cannot be held responsible for any resulting damages.

 

3. Liability and Damages: Although we take every precaution, accidents can occur. Please note that we do not offer Limited Liability Protection for the replacement or repair of items. While we'll make efforts to replace damaged items, this isn't guaranteed. Any damage should be reported within 48 hours of service. Fantastic Cleaners cannot be held liable for damages arising from improper installation, lack of maintenance, or regular wear and tear.

4. Customer Feedback: We highly value your feedback as it helps us maintain our commitment to excellence. Please take the time to complete our customer service evaluations online or during the service itself.

 

5. Rescheduling, Cancellation, and Lockout: (a) To reschedule or cancel, provide a 24-hour notice. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled service and any lockouts will incur a fee. (b) Our service hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. unless agreed otherwise. Lockouts during these hours will result in the full-service fee being charged. (c) We'll do our best to accommodate rescheduling due to holidays or inclement weather.

 

6. Rate Adjustments: Fantastic Cleaners reserves the right to adjust rates by customer needs and overall satisfaction.

 

7. Service Changes and Additional Charges: Should you request services that deviate from the original estimate, additional charges may apply. New estimates may be provided if necessary.

 

8. Pets, Plants, and Children: For liability reasons, we're unable to care for pets, plants, or children.

 

9. Satisfaction Guarantee: If you're dissatisfied with any specific area of service, kindly inform us within 24 hours. We'll promptly arrange for a crew to revisit and address the issue.

 

10. Payment Options and Policies: We accept Cheques, Cash, Bank Transfers, and Mobile Money. Cheques and Cash should be sealed in envelopes addressed to our office. The client is responsible for any bank and legal charges associated with dishonoured cheques. Mobile money transfers should include withdrawal charges. Late payments may incur additional charges. All payments should be made in the local currency.

 

11. Before and After Photos: For first-time and one-time customers, we may capture before and after photos for training, performance verification, and promotional purposes. If you prefer not to have photos taken, please notify us during scheduling.
